Pace Oil & Gas Ltd. is a Calgary-based, growth oriented, commodity balanced, intermediate oil and gas company focused in Alberta.  Pace has significant natural gas resource exposure in the Deep Basin and has access to a suite of low-risk development opportunities in the Peace River Arch and in the Northwest and Southern regions of Alberta.  Pace emerged from a combination of Midnight Oil Exploration Ltd. and Provident Energy Trust's upstream oil and gas business unit to form an exciting new oil and gas producer.  Pace's management team consists of the same management team that directed Midnight, and is led by Mr. Fred Woods, former President and CEO of Midnight.  Pace's shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol PCE.
